1. Eat chocolate, it sounds crazy but dark chocolate is a great way to look and feel better. This doest’t mean grabbing that chocolate bar before dinner but if you’re craving some its okay to eat a bra or two of the dark kind of course. Dark chocolate is rich in flavonoids antioxidants that are known to fight free radicals (cell-damaging molecules from pollution, pesticides and smoke.)

2. Get off the scale. Some woman love to weight themsleves, but most often its not how much you way, its how your clothes are fitting that can tell you how good you look, if you’re clothes are a little tighter than usuall than you can hit the gym.  Some are even saying that woman who weight themsleves frequently gain more than twice as much weight over five years than women who don’t step on the scale.

3. Make out with your husband or that cute crush you secretly dig. Kissing can help reduce anxitey and it has the same effect on the body as meditation. Locking lips can amp up the action of brian chemicals like dopamine and serotonin that gives you rushes of well-being.

4.  Snack at night, we know people always tell you don’t snack at night but it can actually be good for you. A calorie is a calorie no matter when you eat it so if you haven’t met your calorie needs for the day you can eat them anytime you like. Even at 1 in the morning. Just be sure it’s something light and at least half anf hour before heading off to bed. Snacking period is great for your body snack at least every two hours throughout the day on something light and your metabolism will speed up in no time.

5. Make sure you’re getting at least 7-8 full hours of sleep everynight. Sleep strengthens the immune and nervous systems and can also prevent weight gain. Sleep deprivation can up levels of the hormone that make you feel full so that the less you sleep the more you eat.

6. Have fun taking a dance class, playing video games, going for walk or dancing around to your favorite song. Just getting your body moving is the perfect way to burn off calories and have fun.
