First Look : H&M Girl With the Dragon Tattoo Collection by Trish Summerville. If you’ve been waiting for an edgy yet sexy glamorous collection from H&M, then the new Dragon Tattoo Collection is perfectly designed with you in mind. The new collection is set to hit stores December 14, worldwide and features clothing designed by Trish Summerville the designer behind the costumes of David Fincher’s version of ‘The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo’.

The collection features 30-pieces for women including leather jackets, leggings, ripped tees, cargo pants, and biker boots. All of the pieces in the collection are inspired by the film’s anti-heroine, Lisbeth Salander, played by actress Rooney Mara. Dark and fierce with a rather tomboy touch, the ‘Dragon Tattoo’ line addresses to young women and girls who are not afraid to stand out through a distinctive personal style. “We put a lot of aged-in washes and finishes, which goes along the lines of the Salander character. In the film, her clothes are quite extreme. They’re really worn down, they’re dirty. So for us, it was taking that kind of concept and giving it more of a realistic fashion feel,” Trish Summerville said.

I adore this collection, and the leather leggings are one word “HOT’. Look below to see a sneak peak at what items will be featured in the collection.
