“Celebrity Look of the Day Mischa Barton”

The celebrity look for today is Mischa Barton. I must admit this celebrity look from Mischa Barton has me torn.  I love the the top that looks as if thousands of little rosests flowing flawlessly and with such a soft pink color. The skirt is also a classic red that I adore. On the other hand her black shoes and purse just don’t flow right with her overall all look. Something just isn’t working in this outfit and I’m not quite sure what it is. Well.. what do you think?
