“Celebrity Look of the Day Mel B (Happy Birthday)”

The celebrity look of the day is from Mel B celebrating her birthday this week. To her party Mel B wore a very tight gray and white striped button down dress that was cleverly opened at the bust . The dress was then paired with a cinched gray belt at the waist and black heels. Mel B was bearing a bit much for my liking. What do you think of this look?
