 Celebrity style of the week Katy Perry. One noticeable new fashionista is Katy Perry. From her hairstyles to her retro fashion style Katy Perry is worth talking about. I first noticed her style when her first single dropped I kissed a girl. I thought the song was weird at first but after a while it grew on me. Katy Perry’s style is a mixture of fun, girly and retro which equals a big splash in the fashion world. She was even quoted at the Mtv Music Awards saying she sews some of her outfits together and gives them a fun girly look. I’m not sure of the exact quote but it was something along those lines. We can all appreciate Katy Perry’s style because she brings something fresh and new to both the music industry and the fashion world. Hopefully one day she’ll even come out with her own clothing line. (Fingers crossed here’s hoping)

The winner of Project Runway 5.  I’m so excited to announce the winner of project runway 5 is Leanne Marshall. The three remaining finalists Leanne Marshall, Korto Momolu, and Kenley. All three showcased amazing skills and talent in their fashion shows but there could only be one winner for the big night. Personally I loved Korto’s ethnic vibe, and Kenley’s personal style was very retro but her personality was way to aggressive. Leanne had a softer feel and in the end ended up being the best designer. Congrats Leanne.
