Although it seems like it just ended we can soon expect another America’s Next Top Model Cycle 10 to be well on it’s way. The girls for America’s Next Top Model Cycle 10 have already been chosen, the 14 finalist who stand out can be seen on Feb 20th on the cw. This year the show will start off in New York instead of Los Angeles since this is Tyra’s new home for her talk show. This week on America’s Next Top Model Cycle 9the winner was announced and the girls got to walk a fierce fashion show in China. In my opinion this fashion show featured the best fashion designs ever featured on America’s Next Top Model. This season the America’s Next Top Model Winner Cycle 9 was Saleshia. I’m sohappy she won because she worked so hard, and has been working at becoming a model for many years.

This week on Amercia’s Next Top Model Cycle 9 Tyra was the photographer and took pictures of the girls this week. The girls were asked to pretend they were warriors trying to jump over the great wall of China. First the first time Tyra asked the girls to pose in a group shot and stand out amongst one another. Many viewers of America’s Next Top Model will be happy to know that Bianca has been sent home this week.

The Girls Go On Go Sees Adventures this week on America’s Next Top Model Cycle 9. This week’s photo shoot was taken from Nigel who did the photographs. He asked the girls to pose with Chinese costume dragons and lions. Their task was to stand out from these figures and to not blend in with the the flashy details of the backgrounds.
The Bottom two girls this week on America’s Next Top Model Cycle 9 were Jenah and Heather. It was sad to see Heather go but these last few weeks she’s been having alot of trouble doing the shoots and completing tasks.

“The Girls Go to Shanghai”
This week’s photo shoot from 11-21 the girls were in a cosmetics cover girl commercial. Which was rather unusual because usually only the top three girls do the cover girl shoot, but this year it was the top 6. The girls finally went to a different country Shanghai China. They were taught this week some body movements and how to pose midair on high wires.
This week the two girls in the bottom were Lisa and Heather and unfortunately Lisa was eliminated. Now only 5 girls remain in hope of becoming America’s Next Top Model for Cycle 9.

America’s NexT Top Model Cycle 9 Photo Shoot 11-14 “The girls who starts to loose her cool” aired 11-14, and if you missed the show here is a short recap. For this week’s america’s next top model photo shoot tyra had the girls pose in the desert heat.The girls were asked to give expression that matched the hot desert heat with a burning car. Many of the girls did good and of course there were some that need pointers. At the end of the show Tyra announced that the remaining girls would be leaving for Shanghai China .

The Girls Who Crawl Aired Wednesday November’s 7 on America’s Next Top Model . This week the girls learned how to move in front of the camera and were featured in Enrique Iglesias Muisc Video. This week the bottom two were Chantal and Sara, and unfortunately Sara was the one chosen to go home.

“America’s Next Top Model Cycle 9 Episode The Girl Who Gets A Mango”
This week the girl’s were asked to pose with materials that looked like recyclables. I think the photo’s came out looking very nice with the recycled objects such as newspapers, cans, boxes and so much more. Since this season Tyra Bank’s America’s Next Top Model Cycle 9 is all about going green. Which will really help young girls that watch the how realize how important it is to save the Earth and recycle whenever we can.

These are the photos of the girls from America’s Next Top Model Photo Shoot Which Aired Wednesday October 17. The girls were asked to pose as high fashion gargoyles. Most of the girls did extremely well.
America’s Next Top Model the Winner this week
The girl that stood out the most this week was Lisa, she won this week challenge which was showing emotions while posing on ice skates. Which seems like a very hard thing to do especially if you have never been ice skating before. Which she hadn’t. Her prize included a photo with the clothing line Akademiks. Which will be featured in seventeen magazine in January. She was also the first girl to be called by the judges for her photo.

For those of you who missed last week’s show and want to know what makeovers were done for America’s next top modelcycle9. There were alot of haircuts, hair coloring, and plenty of bob’s to go around for fall 2007 hairstyles. Here a a few of the makeovers that were done. I have a few pictures from the flower photo shoot as well.
America Top Model Makeovers Ambreal- She received a very choppy short pixie hairstyle.
Sarah- She received a very sexy bob hairstyle
Chantal- her locks were kept straight and with straight across bangs
Lisa- A very cute sexy curly style pixie haircut
Heather- Her style was kept pretty much the same but she did receive some slight highlights and a trim.
Jenah- Went totally bright blonde
Janet- She received a very sexy boycut with a darker dye.
Ebony-Long black straight weave
Saleisha- A very cute bob style with bangs. Very much like rhianna when she first got her haircut.
Victoria- Who was actually the girl to go home this week received a simple layers that gave her more of an edge.
AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL SPOTLIGHT
The girl who the episode was named after was Bianca. Her hair was almost completely shaved off from damage from her weave and coloring. So she received two new style, a new very close shave to the head, and a wig that was blonde and Beyonish.

This season’s America’s Next Top Model is starting off pretty well, and I can definitely see some new talent. Before I get into This season cycle 9 I just want to talk Tyra . I must say that I love her hairstyle for this fall 2007. The reason why this hairstyle works for her is because she has a very oval face shape, with a larger forehead. straight across bangs really play up her other great features, like her cheeks. She has a wonderful smile and because her bangs cover her forehead she is able to showcase and make her other features stand out.
I must add that if you saw the show tonight, her makeup looked flawess.
Ciara will be featured on the Tyra Show this money September 28, and I have to talk about her new haircut.
This hairstyle looks perfect on Ciara who also has an oval face shape. The good thing about having an oval face shape is that it allows you to wear almost ever hairstyle. So if you do have an Oval face shape, consider yourself blessed. Ciara’s haircut is great for two reason, it fits her face shape, and short hair is in for fall 2007. This particular haircut is actually a asymmetrical bob parted on the side. I also love the highlights in her hair because they are soft colors that blend in so well together. Fall 2007 hair colors are all about soft colors blending together so that it looks natural.
“America’s Next Top Model”
Let me just start by talking about the controversial surrounding models and smoking. It has been said that one of the main ways models stay so thin is by smoking cigarettes. So this week in the photos the girls were asked to pretend they were these type of models who smoke to stay thin. Tyra is all about making sure that the models on her show are seen as good role models for younger girls or younger model. So many girls these days want to become models, and modeling has so much controversy around it. So young girls need good role models if they are truly looking to become models. Which is why Tyra banned smoking from Amercia’s Next Top Model. Which only leads me to believe that later onin Cycle 9 we will see drama from some girls who have to give up smoking. Smoking can be a very hard thing to give up.

Another model that stands out in Cycle 9 is Ebony. She is one of the prettiest models there with one of the best figures for modeling. Especially for swim wear. Her photo however looked dreadful. She really needs to work on her poses, but i believe that she will really grow over the season and will even make it in the top 5 if not top 3.
